TURBANIZER TO REVOLUTIONIZE TRENDS OF FASHION
From the creator of Sikhi Wiki and Sikhpal comes an exciting new online tool, Turbanizer that allows you to see how you would look like in a turban.
By simply following the steps online, the users are able to upload their pictures (or snap one using their webcam) and choose from the multitude of turbans online and place the perfect one to fit their personal style. After which, they can download the picture and send them to their friends.
Creator Ash Singh said, “Racism is driven by being afraid of the unknown. People that do not wear a turban need to connect with the turban to understand it. Turbanizer helps by allowing anyone in the world to visualize themselves in a turban.”
Although traditionally associated with certain cultures and religions, Turbanizer allows anyone from all walks of life to dispel their scepticism and curiosity by giving them the opportunity to try on these turbans online without carrying the obligation of having to actually purchase it before trying it out.
Ironically, ever since its launch, Turbanizer has received more hits from the non-Indian population residing in Europe and America. It is fast becoming a global phenomenon that transcends the boundaries of history and tradition, which have been associated to the turban.
This is exactly Turbanizer’s aim: to transcend into global markets and make the turban an international phenomenon. Soon, the website will include links to add accessories such as feathers and pearls that allow the user to mould the turban to his or her own personal style.
After this, the second phase of Turbanizer will allow users to purchase this turban online once they are contended with their picture. In line with its growing online numbers, turbans are sure to revolutionize trends of fashion in the near future. Currently, users can purchase their Turbanized photos on merchandise like t-shirts and mugs.
Go on to the online website at http://www.turbanizer.com or add the “Turbanizer” application on Facebook today.
